Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 To return or exchange a product please email us the order# with product name, original proof of purchase receipt and issue at info@kaprang.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and our customer care agent will get in contact with you.

 Alternatively, you can call us on +92 309 2223136 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (PST).

 Further, to proceed with the case, your purchase should be sent back to us within 5 days of receiving your order.

 RETURN PROCEDURE

 Returns of any order are entertained only if reported within 48 hours of delivery, with original proof of purchase receipt sent to you via email at the time of purchase. To return any item follow below given steps:

 Gather your items & take a picture as proof to share with our customer care team.

  • Locate your receipt that is sent to you via email and contains the original order number. Order confirmations & receipts are generated by our system and sent out to the email ID provided by the customer.
  • Initiate a request for return at KAPRANG’s website by providing your order details along with your reason for return and proof of your claim for return such as pictures, videos, etc.
  • Customer care team will look into your request and will contact you if it finds your request genuine and eligible for return.
  • Ship it back to us by courier service if the customer support team agrees with your case.
  • After reviewing the nature of the complaint, we may offer you an exchange or store credit of less or equal value with a validity date of the credit.
  • In case a return application is approved, it will only be for the price of the article(s), and will not cover the shipping and/or stitching cost.
  • In case your claim for return is rejected by customer care, you’ll be notified within 5 business days.
  • We are only responsible for returns once it reaches our warehouse.
  • Please note returns are catered only if returned products are sent through courier services.
  • All successfully returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or online store credit. In case of a product being faulty or wrongly delivered, KAPRANG will follow the policy of repair following replacement or store credit if the item cannot be replaced.

 ELIGIBILITY FOR A RETURN

 Timeline for exchange or refund against a returned item: 14 days to 45 days

  • Request will only be entertained If your item arrived in defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete condition.
  • Incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The product received is incomplete.

NON-ELIGIBILITY FOR A RETURN

  • If the item is “No longer needed” or “Changed my mind” or “no technical reason but just want to cancel the order” or “you do not like the product after opening the package’* any other reasons listed apart from the ones listed in ‘Eligibility’.
  • Any *Made to order* or *Customized orders* cannot be returned.
  • Any orders where a customer has been given a special discount as a favor cannot be returned.
  • KAPRANG does not cater returns reported after the first 48 hours of delivery.
  • If a product is returned to KAPRANG Warehouse in an inadequate condition or if the product is tempered, damaged or the tag has been removed, we reserve the right to send it back to you or refuse to issue the refund.
  • KAPRANG will not cater exchange for any product that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way.
  • KAPRANG is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing and ironing.

 ORDER CANCELLATION

 To request for an order cancellation please email us the order # with product name, original proof of purchase receipt and issue at returns@kaprang.com and our customer care agent will get in contact with you. Alternatively, you can call us on +92 3092223136 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (PST). Further, to proceed with the case, your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 Same Day Delivery: In case your order is “same day delivery” then order can be cancelled within 30 minutes of order confirmation. After 30 minutes a cancellation request can be generated from the customer’s end, but the approval of the cancellation request depends upon KAPRANG policy regarding brand/vendor/seller/distributor, shipment company delivery timelines and the nature of the item shipped.

Unpaid COD Order: If it’s an unpaid COD order and the customer asks for the cancellation of the order, the order will be cancelled without any questions asked before the order has been shipped out of the KAPRANG warehouse.

Paid orders: can be cancelled for any reason, if reported within 48 hours of the order confirmation.

Paid Ready to ship: If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of order confirmation then the complete amount will be refunded without any question.

Paid Made to order: If cancellation is requested for paid made-to-order after 48 hours of order confirmation, KAPRANG holds the right to charge 25% of the order value as cost of labor, production and resources payable to partner brands. If you wish to file for cancellation of your order, once the order has completed the production phase or is in the final phases of production and/or is received in our warehouse, KAPRANG will deduct 50% of your paid amount as cost of production, labor, and resources.

Order Delay by Brand: In the event of delay in delivery from the designers end and the customer has been pre-informed of the delay by the KAPRANG team either through SMS, email or KAPRANG’s /designer’s social media channels then the customer has the option to inform and get their order cancelled within 24-48 hours’ time frame.

 NON ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR A CANCELLATION 

  • KAPRANG holds the right to charge cancellation fees if cancellations are reported after 48 hours.
  • In case you want to cancel your Customized/made-to-order outfit out of serious and genuine circumstances after this time period since your purchase then KAPRANG holds the right to deduct 25% of total purchase as a fee for cost of production, labor, and machinery paid to designer and partner brands.
  • KAPRANG holds the right to charge 10-15% fee of the total amount of the article in case ‘change of mind’ is given as reason for cancellation for a made to order outfit.
  • In case bank deposit is chosen as an option for payment, then the customer needs to clear the pending balance amount within 7 business days or else their order will be automatically cancelled.
  • Once the order is “Received at KAPRANG Warehouse” and 50% of the amount is paid by the customer against their order, KAPRANG will call the customer and notify them to clear their balance payment within 72 hours of time. If a customer fails to pay the balance amount within the above given time frame, KAPRANG has the right to hold his inventory for a particular time. After that KAPRANG holds the right to cancel the order and ship it back to the brand.
  • Product pictures in case of made to order products are only shared with the customer for quality assurance purposes and KAPRANG will only cater to alterations requested by the customer at this point. The customer can’t cancel the order at this point or ask for a refund or replacement since this is a custom made product and is already made and delivered to us from the brand against your order number.
  • KAPRANG always notify customers via email in case there is a change in delivery date from the brand’s/designer’s/vendor’s end. KAPRANG holds no responsibility with production capacity/speed of brand’s/designer’s/vendor’s, therefore once email is sent as notification to client, request for cancellation can be requested within 48 hours of email notification receiving or through any of our social media channels.
